At MyMuseDolls.com, we offer a 100 % customer satisfaction guarantee. Our customers can apply for a return that is easier than ever. 
We suggest you read the complete return policy before you make your purchase. 

General Return Policy

All returns must be accompanied by an invoice or receipt.

  • Full-price merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date after shipment. Merchandise must be received within 30 days of delivery date.
  • Sale merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Final-sale merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
  • Restocking fee may apply: 15% of the Final price

    Here are the rules to follow for your return:

    • You must request a return for refund within 30 days (45 days for international customers) after the invoice date. No refunds are issued after 30 days (45 days for international customers).
    • When returning the product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You are also responsible for insuring the returned item. MyMuseDolls.com will not be responsible for any shipping loss.
    • The customer must inform MyMuseDolls.com of any order discrepancy within 7 days of the delivery date. Physical damage to the returned product will void the product's warranty policy.
    • All return(s) must have the original packaging and accessories.
    • The shipping fee is non-refundable. The buyer is always responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning a product, as well as insurance. MyMuseDolls.com will not reimburse any customer for the shipping cost of a returned product.
    • Please allow 2-7 business days to process your return after we received it.
    • MyMuseDolls.com reserves the right to refuse service that would void the return policy.
    • Please note that not all items are covered by our return policy.

      Return Policy for Refunds

      You may return most items sold by MyMuseDolls.com within 30 days from the invoice date (45 days for international customers) for a full refund.
      Please include a copy of your invoice.
      Please note that all items returned for a refund must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories,
      A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for a refund if the reason for the return is due to customer error. 
       

      We cannot accept returns of certain items for a refund, including:

      • Any item that is returned after the 30 days grace period (45 days for international customers).
      • Any item that is not in its original condition, is physically damaged, or is missing parts. 

        Canceled orders or address errors

        You need to call in to cancel your order. We do not accept emails as a way of cancelling orders. For any refused package or any returns to MyMuseDolls.com due to incorrect address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient, we will refund back to your credit card with 15% restocking fee of your purchase, less any shipping charges. 

        PayPal returns

        When you use PayPal to pay for your order, we will refund your order according to our policy. Exchanges are not offered on PayPal orders.

        Restocking Fee

        A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for a refund if the reason for the return is due to customer error.

        Order Discrepancy

        If you receive damaged/incorrect or missing items in your order, please contact our Customer Service Department within 7 business days from the date of delivery.Certain information may be required for verification:

        • Photo of the packing envelope/box 
        • Photo of the packing list 
        • Photo of the damage/incorrect item

        Customers may email the above information to support@mymusedolls.com. A representative will review the order and respond within 48 hours.

        Shipping Errors or Damaged Goods

        In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace that item or accept it for a full refund at our expense. My Muse Dolls will provide a prepaid UPS shipping label to expedite the return for orders shipped within the U.S. To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact My Muse Dolls Customer Service online or at (888) 947-2925.


        My Muse Dolls customers using a third-party shipping service are responsible for any duties, taxes and shipping costs that may occur. My Muse Dolls is not liable for any damages from a third-party shipping service.

        Please note the following exceptions:

        • Exchanges are not offered on international orders.
        • Exchanges are not offered on PayPal orders. Returned merchandise will be processed as a refund to your Paypal account.
        • Promotional discounts are not applicable on exchange orders.

        Refunds & Credits 

        My Muse Dolls will refund the original form of payment or provide you with a My Muse Dolls Gift Card according to our policies. 

        We will process your refund within approximately 14 days of receiving your merchandise and we will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles from the day you return your merchandise for your account to be credited.
