Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No this is optional. You can place an online order without creating an account. Creating an account  makes is faster during checkout process with future orders or purchases from My Muse Dolls website. You will not be prompted to enter your billing and shipping information each time you shop. If you choose to register, please take note of your user id and password. Keep in in a safe and secure place.

Which forms of payment does MyMuseDolls.com accept?

MyMuseDolls.com accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay and Discover, Paypal. You must be at least 18 years old to order.

How will I know my order went through?

Once your checkout successfully completes, you will see the order confirmation with the order number on your computer screen. Please print this screen for future reference. You would also receive an order confirmation in your email within a few minutes of placing your order. If you have also checked the box to save your details on the file during check out, you will also receive an Account Activation email.

How long does it take to process an online order?

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible, subject to availability, receipt of payment, and credit card authorization. If you have not received an e-mail confirmation from the My Muse Dolls website within two hours of placing your order, please e-mail us at info@mymusedolls.com. In order for us to provide the best customer service, please include your full name and ZIP code in your e-mail.

How can I check the status on my order?

 You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped, which will include the UPS tracking number for your package.

What if I have a problem with a My Muse Dolls Product?

In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace that item or accept it for a full refund at our expense. My Muse Dolls will provide a prepaid UPS shipping label to expedite the return for orders shipped within the U.S. To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact My Muse Dolls Customer Service online or at (888) 947-2925

My Muse Dolls customers using a third-party shipping service are responsible for any duties, taxes and shipping costs that may occur. My Muse Dolls is not liable for any damages from a third-party shipping service.

How do I change an order?

Although we are unable to change an order once it has been submitted, any product may be returned for an exchange or a merchandise credit. A refund is available with your original proof of purchase from MyMuseDolls.com. Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable. Please visit MyMuseDolls.com/shippingandreturns for details.

How do I get information about a previously placed order?

For questions about an order already placed, e-mail us at info@mymusedolls.com Please be sure to include your name, email address and order number. We welcome your comments and questions. All comments become the property of My Muse Dolls.

Can you have my items gift wrapped?

Yes, gift wrapping is available for most items on our website. Packages are neatly wrapped in wrapping paper with a ribbon. We will gift wrap your purchase for $5 per item unless otherwise noted.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed or canceled. In the event that we have to cancel your order because merchandise you have selected is out of stock, we will contact you with a follow-up email.

Will my item look exactly as pictured?

Actual products may not be identical to items shown. All measurements are approximate. Unless noted, dolls, outfits, and accessories are sold separately. When My Muse Dolls are shipped, their hair may be in a hairnet and/or not styled as shown in the catalog or on the website.

Can I specify an alternative delivery address?

Yes. You can input this during your online order. Once the order is placed, no changes can be made 

Can I place an online order with an international billing address?

Unfortunately at this time, MyMuseDolls.com ships throughout the continental U.S. only.

Can I return a product without a receipt?

Merchandise can not be returned without proof of purchase (a retail receipt or web order number).
